Shipping Policy

As of the date of this policy, Robey Boutique provides shipping services only within The United States, excluding United States Territories. We offer shipments via UPS and USPS. Should alternate delivery services be required for a special item or order, we will contact you directly with shipment details.

Shipping Processing Time & Details

For all orders placed, please allow three business days for order to be packaged and fulfilled. We offer free shipping on orders over $100. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and then tracking information once the order has been fulfilled. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

P.O. Boxes cannot be shipped via UPS.

If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges. 

Shipping Policy

If your package is lost in transit please email us at info@robeyboutique.com and we will file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
